For a smooth process, our courier waits up to 10 minutes so you can try your order on the spot.
Crucial Note: During sales and promotional periods, we do not offer returns (refunds), only exchanges; the 10-minute rule still applies to exchanges.
Returns/Exchanges: Must be handed back to the courier during this 10-minute window. Once the courier leaves, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Here are some generic cleaning instructions that cover a wide range of products. Always advise checking the item's specific care label if available, as these are general guidelines.
Washing
- Temperature: Wash in cold water (or a low temperature) to help prevent shrinkage, fading, and damage to delicate fibers.
- Cycle: Use a gentle or delicate cycle for machine washing.
- Separation: Wash colors separately from whites to prevent dye transfer.
- Protection: Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the outer surface, especially for items with prints, embroidery, or sensitive fabrics.
- Detergent: Use a mild, non-bleach detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Drying
- Air Dry Preferred: Whenever possible, air dry items by laying them flat on a clean surface or hanging them to maintain shape and size.
- Avoid High Heat: If using a machine dryer, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting possible or choose the "Air Fluff" setting. High heat can damage and shrink many materials.
- Reshaping: Reshape knitted or stretchy items immediately after washing before drying.
Ironing and Storage
- Low Heat: Iron on a low heat setting (or the setting appropriate for the item's fabric, e.g., Silk, Wool).
- Protect Fabrics: Iron garments inside out, or use a thin cloth (pressing cloth) between the iron and the garment to prevent scorching and protect surface texture.
- Storage: Store garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
